The Maltese National Esports Team will be in Katowice, Poland for the European Games Esports Championships between the 29th June and the 2nd July 2023.
The inaugural European Games for esports are organised by the Global Esports Federation and the European Olympic Committee, and will run in parallel to the European Games held in Krakow.
Malta will participate in the eFootball discipline, and will be represented by Malcolm Said, who is the winner of the National Qualifier organised by EsportsPlaza earlier this year.
The association’s Vice President, Mr Kersten James Chircop, will also be at the event.
The Malta Esports Association will be participating in events organised by the Global Esports Federation in collaboration with Malta Sports for All.
