Benefits of becoming a member
Becoming a member of the Malta Esports Association offers several benefits, including:
- Advocacy: the Malta Esports Association advocates for the interests of the esports community in Malta, helping to promote a positive environment and recognition for the industry. Become part of the movement that pushes for the development and recognition of esports in Malta!
- Your Ideas: We are a group of volunteers that strive to further develop our passion in Malta. Together, and with a joint effort we can achieve more than we can individually, including any ideas you might have for the development of esports in Malta!
- Be part of the conversation: Here at the Malta Esports Association, you will get the opportunity to shape the future of esports in Malta. We develop our own policies, and speak on behalf of the esports sector with the relevant local authorities.
- Networking Opportunities: Connect with industry professionals, players, and other organizations within the esports ecosystem.

- The Malta Esports Association is a democratic institution. You can vote, and be voted for. You can join the Executive Committee, or form a sub-committee.

- If you are a tournament organiser, your tournaments can contribute points towards selecting the official national representatives of Malta in esports!
Membership Categories & Fees
There are three categories of membership:
Standard Membership
- This category is for the esports enthusiast or player
- Annual membership fee of €25 per year
Associate Membership
- This category is for smaller organisations, whether registered or unregistered and involved in esports
- Annual membership fee of €50 per year
- Entitled to nominate two representatives
Corporate Membership
- This category is for formally set-up businesses and orgnaisations.
- Must be a limited liability company, registered commercial partnership, or other corporate entity with legal personality, or a registered association, and involved in esports
- Annual membership fee of €250 per year
- Entitled to nominate five representatives
