Mark is the elected Secretary General, and a founding member, of the Malta Esports Association. In his role, he supports the President and members of the Executive Committee on a wide variety of initiatives. His CoD4 esports career was cut short prematurely at the tender age of 16 following a poor run on GameBattles. Following this misjudged foray into esports, he studied at Dublin City University, earning a Degree in Business Studies and Masters in E-Commerce.
Today, he works as a Gaming Industries Specialist with KPMG. He is the Malta firm’s Video Games and Esports Champion. He has developed a strong network of stakeholders and maintains a constant pulse of the video games and esports industries. He has worked with several well-known companies on projects such as M&A, best practices, corporate setups, strategy, and regulatory support. He is an active thought leader, regularly releasing articles, and speaking at international events.
